1. Scope of Application
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.
2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded with DAER s.r.o..
The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding online catalog. You can initially add our products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. The confirmation of the receipt of the order is sent together with the acceptance of the order immediately after sending by an automated email. The purchase contract is concluded with this email confirmation.

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by email. You can view and download the terms and conditions at any time on this page. You can view your past orders in our customer login.
3. Delivery Conditions
Delivery costs are €6.90 EUR.
We only deliver by mail. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up the goods in person.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
4. Payment
The following payment methods are available in our shop:
Prepayment
When selecting the prepayment payment method, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation, and we will deliver the goods after payment is received.
Credit Card
Your credit card will be charged when you complete the order.
PayPal
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. You must be registered there or register first, authenticate with your access data, and confirm the payment instructions to us. You will receive further instructions during the order process.

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.
6. Warranty and Guarantees
The statutory warranty rights apply. Information about any additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the shop.
